I had my vehicle serviced here for an emergency repair due to a flashing engine light. Two weeks later and my truck is still running with no problems. Im glad I had it fixed here since a lot of the issues were gone. I want to thank Adrian and Louise for helping me out

I was quoted &169 to put in my headlight bulbs that I had purchased already and clean my headlight lens. He asked me about my inspection I told him to check out what was wrong and not to put a rejection sticker on my car. Pretty sure it’s called a diagnostic check. Instead he inspected and slapped on a rejection sticker and I was charged $275. and then they still didn’t clean my lens Then quoted me things my car didn’t need like brake fluid after I get new breaks which the fluid will go back to normal . Also tried to change me 3 times what a power steering cap would cost when I looked it up on the phone at Auto Zone while I was on the phone with him and he said I don’t look at other places prices. 🙄😡 No kidding Just because I’m a woman doesn’t mean I’m an idiot and you are going to get away with price gauging people. I will never take my car to Eric at Napa on Holland rd again . Look out ladies🙄😡

I took my car there for a inspection and watched the guy for 2 hrs go over my car like I have never seen before and gave me a rejection sticker for things that wasn't even bad would not recommend going to this place not to mention they stand around and talk most of the time

Well I have to say I've had 2 State Inspections at Napa BP before yesterday..never an issue but my car was practically new and though Eric was a decent guy we would chat a little..that was before yesterday..I brought my car to Napa BP first thing in the morning everything was normal since my wife was working I called an Uber home to wait for the call that's it's all done..about and hour or so later I get a call that my brakes have failed the Inspection due to rust on the rotors..I told Eric the vehicle is only 4 years old with very low mileage..26,300 and because of my Job the vehicle sits a lot sometimes weeks at a time..he wouldn't budge..stated it would be $500 or more to replace the rotors and pads.I Declined and picked up my car..on the way out after he collected the $20 for the inspection and handed me the receipt and letter of the failed inspection..I remembered earlier while waiting for my Uber home Eric had said that State Inspections especially on newer Vehicles are not profitable and he actually takes a loss.I didn't think much of that at the time..because my car is practically like new..soooo I took my car to a brake specialist today..I received a call about 2 hours later that my brakes are perfectly fine..nothing wrong with them.surface rust will remove itself while driving.so I paid for another inspection and 3 more Ubers trying to get this all taken care of..in Short although Napa BP wasn't getting rich off me but I live close and probably would have used there services as time went by..but I can tell you in this case there Greed has gone to far..I will never do business with them anymore and will stop car washing as well as buying gas from BP..moral of the story Napa BP be fair,honest and treat customers right and everyone wins including Napa BP!!

My son and I took our cars to Napa BP on Holland Road. We were very pleased with the repairs done to our cars and felt the price was definitely fair. We both had State Inspections done on each car which was performed quickly. The workers at Ñapa BP were very friendly and helpful. They answered all of our questions. My son and I would highly recommend Napa!BP!

Eric is always pleasant and interested that I get what I need. He is very accommodating as well. On one visit, he drove ne home in his own vehicle while I was waiting for mone to be worked on.
