I had blown a tire this morning dropping my daughter off at school and I brought my car up here. The gentleman got me in right away and I had my car back in a matter of hours. I really appreciate this man for helping me

Overall experience was great. I was impressed with the safety details Adrean provided. Those details helped me make a better decision regarding fixing my car. Although I still hear that quiet thump, I will take a closer look at the trunk of the car as it could be something I am carrying in the trunk or possibly my spare tire. Again, overall it was a very good experience. NAPA - You guys continue to excel in the service that you provide. It helps your customers feel good about driving their car and being safe. Thank you.

Doesn't care about his machine even though the customer complain that the pre soak did not work.. All he cares is the money coming in..

We bought a Toyota Corolla for our 17 year old son. We took it to napa for an inspection and an oil change. 5 weeks later the engine started knocking. We checked the oil and it was bone dry! They didn't put any oil in it and it has no leak! I went in and told the guy what happened. He responded with, "HUH?" So I explained again. He said thats where the cameras would come in handy. He said he would call his boss. Two days later I stopped back by and the same man told me the cameras dont go back that far. Convenient. They wouldn't even refund my money for the oil change!

THIS IS WHAT I HAD REPLIED TO YOUR HUSBAND ASKING REFUND AFTER 3 MONTH OF OIL CHANGE. IF WE HAD NOT FILL THE OIL INTO THE ENGINE, YOUR CAR WON'T LAST FOR NEXT 30 MINUTES. SO STOP BEING ANNOYING TO THE SHOP. "4 days ago As per our records and state inspector your car did not fail for state inspection and don't know the story here "I took it to a retired mechanic who helped me deal with getting the sticker after he showed them the handbook that they were wrong." Your 04 Corolla with 169k miles came in for state inspection with low oil light. Tech found no oil on deep stick so recommended to perform oil change asap due to leaking head gasket along with recommendation front and rear struts, colored brake fluid and low coolant and much more (42 point MVIP sheet has given to you). After 3 months when your car is totaled because of NO OIL again and you are asking refund for oil change. We never encounter the refund situation you are asking. We told you the condition of your car with nice and clean MVIP sheet. We don't know why you chose us for inspection when there were plenty of places you could go to. With disrespect customer like you always ruins a Good Happy Friday for owners and Technicians for no reason."

Update & Response to owner: "When you say you don't know the story here" is because there have been multiple issues with different vehicles. Your response is based on as if it was one visit and one vehicle. Providing a 1 star response and explanation of why is a dissatisfied customer not a disrespectful one. I recently brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. After the oil change, I drove the vehicle less than 500 miles when I noticed an issues with my engine. No oil at all...no leaks ever present. Disappointing to say the least that you trust a business to perform basic maintenance without causing harm and you have a larger issue. Contacted them to see if they would do anything to help with the issue they caused and they wont even refund the oil change amount. Previously the staff attempted to upcharge me for an additional work related to my state inspection sticker. I took it to a retired mechanic who helped me deal with getting the sticker after he showed them the handbook that they were wrong. Use caution if dealing with this company.

$441 was the first price I was quoted for a vehicle alignment. They called me back and left me another voicemail saying they could do it for $353. Not sure why that total changed? I called them back and thought they were joking about the price, I asked why the price is so high and they told me they weren’t sure. Just want to make this post so no one gets scammed for an alignment. Do not take your vehicle here for an alignment! You can go to any shop in the area and they typically charge $120-$130.

There is no scam for alignment Frank. The first price was given to you per industry standards 2 and 1/2 labor from 2 softwares we use and everyone in the auto industry. Also, you called for price check if you were at the shop may be your vehicle might need the tow adjustment which come to the price your are referring above in this area. The second call was placed with discount so Adrean can earn your business. MGT Napa BP

Edit to the owners response: I did a night drop so my vehicle was at your shop. If you Google how much an alignment costs, the most expensive price I see is $175.
