They said I needed repairs costing 850 dollars went to a real mechanic and was told i didn’t need those repairs .your at the mercy of the mechanic there trying to make money . Beware

Robert, We appreciate for coming in for State Inspection, Oil Change, and Diag for check engine light However, we do not appreciate for wording out that is not true. You bought your 2005 GMC truck 105k miles with check engine light which was hesitating to start and want us to replace spark plugs on a busy short hours Saturday. What we performed is did a " DIAG FOR CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. CUSTOMER SUSPECT 02 SENSOR. ALSO WOULD LIKE TO SPARK PLUGS FOR TUNE UP. VEHICLE FAILS FOR LOWER CONTROL ARMS WHICH ALSO REQUIRES ALIGNMENT. TECH RECOMMENDATIONS: REAR TIRES NEAR END OF LIFE BUT PASS THE INSPECTION. DIAGNOSTIC FOUND CODE P0411 CLOGGED EXHAUST MANIFOLD (BUILD UP CARBON)" This is what you have given on your paid receipt and you agreed. We understand your real mechanic fixed it and made a brand new vehicle with 105k miles why didn't you use your real mechanic before you came here and get advice from you real mechanic. Your real mechanic should advice you also that you have "CODE P0411 CLOGGED EXHAUST MANIFOLD (BUILD UP CARBON)" Looks like This is just a frustration from outcome of state inspection. MGT Napa BP

Can always rely on this team. Eric is super nice and actually cares about the condition of our old cars. He always follows up to make sure everything is going well after a repair. The mechanics do great work. They recently identified an issue with a bearing on my wife's 12+ year old car, and now that it's been replaced, the car runs so smooth. I've never had a bad experience with them so they keep getting my business.

Adrean went above and beyond to make sure that all of my family’s needs were met. From the moment we walked in the door, he greeting us with a smile and listened to our needs. He didn’t try to pressure us into buying anything and he was extremely informative. I appreciate that he was knowledgeable and so helpful with everything. This was my first time at Napa BP on the corner of Holland and Dam Neck and I will definitely returning. The customer service was fantastic and my car was completed quickly for the amount of stuff needed to be done to it. Would highly recommend coming here for your automotive needs.

I have taken my vehicle to Napa BP several times since I was first directed to this facility for MaxCare warranty work. I have been very happy with the service I've received thus far. Very poor customer service. Will not be back.

Jason, Looking at your repair order you came in for inspection on 2010 GMC Sierra however your vehicle was failed for the following reasons as per inspection report. If your disappointment other than the state inspection you can contact us. "CUSTOMER REQUESTS VIRGINIA STATE INSPECTION VEHICLE FAILS STATE INSPECTION FOR THE FOLLOWING: 1.CENTER MOUNTED BRAKE LIGHT LENS IS BROKEN. 2.PASSENGER FOG LIGHT IS OUT. 3.DRIVERS FOG LIGHT IS LED (UNAUTHORIZED EQUIPMENT) 4.DRIVERS FRONT SIDE MARKER LIGHT OUT. 5.BOTH LOWER BALL JOINTS HAVE EXCESSIVE PLAY. 6. BOTH STEERING RACK BOOTS ARE TORN."

Brought my car in to replace 4 tires and a oil and filter change.The price was half the amount of some other garages. Prompt service,and friendly. I found my new garage . I will bring both of my cars here.
