Lived in va for 28 years & average 2 to 3 hrs wait time for inspection. Not at Napa auto care, done in 30 minutes. My new go to for inspection & possibly all auto repair needs.

They were fast and didn’t do something that I wanted done because it wasn’t the right thing to do. Saves me some money.

Stopped in for state inspection, got right in and the one problem they found was taken care of at a good price.

I went for a state inspection on Thursday, August 28, 2023, they said I needed two corner lights on the front of my car and that it would be $345 because they would have to take the bumper off and remove the headlight to replace the bulb what they didn’t know was I watched the mechanic reach up under the fender, pull the socket out and put a new bulb in. He then was checking me out and told me that it was still $345 for two hours worth of work which took 10 minutes just to pass my inspection. It is shady mechanic shops like this. Why I fix everything myself. I will never do business again with this place. I wouldn’t let them put a tire on my car even If I needed one. This place is shady and they are only into fixing your vehicle to make money they don’t care about people!!!!!!
