My son and I took our cars to Napa BP on Holland Road. We were very pleased with the repairs done to our cars and felt the price was definitely fair. We both had State Inspections done on each car which was performed quickly. The workers at Ñapa BP were very friendly and helpful. They answered all of our questions. My son and I would highly recommend Napa!BP!

Great auto shop and fair price , fast service too

Eric is always pleasant and interested that I get what I need. He is very accommodating as well. On one visit, he drove ne home in his own vehicle while I was waiting for mone to be worked on.

Failed me on an inspection for multiple items including a "loose steering wheel" bolt. While some items had legitimacy (foggy headlights) my steering wheel had no play to it. The tech cited nearly $1600 in repairs, then called me later and said he could drop it to $1200. Went to another business after replacing the foggy headlights, and they passed me without issue.

The Napa BP car maintenance team is excellent

Took my car to Napa BP on Holland Road in Virginia Beach to have it inspected. They were very quick in inspecting my car. Also, feel they were fair and honest in the prices they charged for repairs to my car! This is the second time I have used Napa BP and will continue to use them in the future! Highly recommend Napa BP!

A huge shout out to Napa car care On lynnhaven. ADREAN kept me updated and had my Jeep in and out. He kept in contact with me about what was going on with warranty and just making sure I was in the loop and that I understood everything that was going on. In my opinion, I do believe they are affordable, and when there was an issue with the part that they ordered, they tested it and figured out it didn’t work for my jeep so they did their due diligence to order another part to make sure everything runs smoothly and it has been running smoothly. For a female, I felt safe and I felt that he was being honest and upfront, and the paperwork reflects that. I will bring My Jeep Here without a worry.
