Service was excellent! I came in for a state inspection and was in and out in 30 minutes. Employee was friendly and customer service oriented. The mechanic who looked at my car was thorough. The shop was clean as well.

Ms. Linda, Thank you for bringing in your 17 Honda Ridgeline for state inspection. As mentioned before customer does not like the outcome of VA. Safety Inspections. Please read the outcome: "CUSTOMER REQUESTS VIRGINIA STATE INSPECTION. VEHICLE FAILS INSPECTION FOR THE FOLLOWING: BOTH FRONT TIRES ARE WORN BELOW THE MINIMUM SAFE LIMITS. 2.DRIVERS REAR TIRE IS WORN BELOW THE MINIMUM SAFE LIMITS. PASSENGER REAR TIRE IS AT THE MINIMUM SAFE LIMITS. WE RECOMMEND REPLACING ALL FOUR TIRES AND PERFORMING A 4-WHEEL ALIGNMENT. BRAKE FLUID IS GREEN IN RESERVOIR. ENGINE PERFORMANCE CAN BE RESTORED BY PERFORMING A BG PLATINUM FUEL SERVICE."

The greatest experience I ever had!! The were honest and did it in a timely manner. I like to thank Nestor for making my my experience at a comfort level. I just had the worst experience with tire choice. I was kinda reluctant to come to Napa. The men that work there are very professional and experience!!!
