after work hours pickup and free wash. my car needed a 40k mile service as soon as I walked inside, Jessica greeted me with a smile and offered me coffee..i asked her that I might be late or might have problems picking the car on time and to my relief she said she can arranged it for me to get the key next door, (Holland BP) and as long as I bring the ID for identification. Thanks NAPA BP for my car service.

This is the best car repair shop in va beach. Never charged me too much (reasonable price) + excellent customer dealing specially there master technician todd. Always had a good experience doing business with them. You all should go there. They took good care of my 2017 escalade.

FREE CAR WASH = GREAT DEAL (no one can't beat that) As always this team is awesome! I went there because my Toyota Highlander needs a brake pad and rotors replacement. The staff here has always taken care of me. I am always advised of the progress and they are more than willing to answer any questions I have about my vehicle. Plus they didn't charge me for some minor services like battery service, they also offer MILITARY DISCOUNTS and after the work is done..they gave me a free car wash. One happy customer and that's me :)
