Not only is the staff friendly but they provide great service. I submitted an online inquiry to schedule an appointment for an inspect and oil change. A woman called the next morning and told me she was able to take my car the same day- and this was on a Saturday morning. I dropped my car off in the afternoon and she finished it the same day. She also made it a point to call me as soon as it was done in case I needed it same day. I thought this was very kind as I have had issues with other businesses and their work ethic and communication with customers. We have had a few things done here, from oil changes to replacing the power window regulator. The staff is very helpful and the prices seem fair. This is the only place we use for car repair.

They have a great waiting area with free wifi. Can't ask for much else.

I had a fantastic experience at this NAPA location. Pep Boys seriously screwed up a 4 wheel balance job on my Jeep Grand Cherokee (Custom Rims and tires) even after two attempts. NAPA got it right the first time. I just completed a 1,700 mile drive to Colorado with no issues. They were quick, provided great service and were completely professional from the men behind the counter to the excellent waiting room. I should have brought my vehicle here first and won't make that mistake again. Thanks for the assist NAPA.

Napa at Dam Neck and Holland Rd is my go-to shop. Their honesty and integrity saved me hundreds of dollars on a brake job we didn't need. They could have done the work and made a profit without us being the wiser due to a Ford dealership telling us we needed one during a checkup. Instead, Napa called us and told us we had well over 50% of pads left and full fluid levels. In addition they didn't charge us anything. If you're looking for clean and honest service, look no further. I am a major fan!

I would not recommend this place. I went here for the first time last week, 9/5/16, for a vehicle inspection for my Toyota. There were two issues. One was my headlights, which I was a little uncertain about but I went ahead and told them to restore them since they would not pass them without it. They charged $90 which is about the going rate unless you are a Sam's Club member, which I am, so I should have had it done there. But hindsight is 20/20. So then they also told me of another issue but said they needed to diagnose it first and asked me if I wanted that done. I said yes, since my vehicle would not pass inspection unless they fixed it. I was at the place at 1:30 thinking they would be done by then and they said they are still checking, should be another hour. I sat there and watched my car sit while no one worked on it and kept asking about it and kept getting the same answer. I finally went directly up to the tech who was supposed to be working on it to ask him what the hell was going on and he said "oh, you're car has been done for a few hours now, we will have to fail it unless you want us to fix it." Well long story short, they had my car from 9 am until they closed and still could not tell me much other than they "think" they know what the problem was. The tech then proceeded to tell me he is not a Toyota technician and not 100% sure but could order the part. He also advised he looked up what the dealership would charge and it was around $1,200 so he would do it for a little less than that. I said thanks but no thanks, just fail me and I will take my car to the dealership myself. My problem is if you knew that you are not a technician and not that knowledgeable about my car to begin with, you should have told me that up front rather than offer to do a $100 diagnostic only to tell me you don't know for sure what is wrong. In the end I took my car to the Toyota dealership which I should have done from the beginning, they had it fixed in a day and only charged me $700 which included a new full inspection which they did at no charge. I would strongly encourage anyone to not take their vehicle here.

One star is one too many for this place. It's unfortunate because we DID encounter one hard working and honest employee, but as a whole this business was unprofessional, slow, incompetent, and shady. We were charged $400 on something that, oooops, actually didn't need to be repaired. We were told that we needed an additional $800 worth of repairs, but we found out, thanks to Chris the manager, that it actually didn't need replaced at all, it was a free tweek to the breaks, problem solved. Picked up the car and 6 minutes down the road it broke down with a totally unrelated problem that we didn't have when we dropped it off....$4,000 fix. WHAT? This isn't to mention how they lost our car keys overnight or how it took 6 hours to change the oil. RUN AWAY from this place, FAST!
