Had a groupon for oil change & rotate the tires. The lady said a multipoint inspection was also included free (as I was talking to her about my brakes) I had an appt & it took 1 1/2 hours! Which is ridiculous for an oil change and I had an appt! They certainly didn't look busy either. Tires were not rotated & there was nothing on paperwork describing an inspection or any results. After being there that long I didn't question anything. Had to go. But certainly will not return or recommend to anyone!!

Fantastic place to go, excellent service and the service desk representative is exceptional!
