This was my first time at Napa BP on the corner of Holland and Dam Neck and I will definitely returning. The customer service was fantastic and my car was completed quickly for the amount of stuff needed to be done to it. Would highly recommend coming here for your automotive needs.

I have taken my vehicle to Napa BP several times since I was first directed to this facility for MaxCare warranty work. I have been very happy with the service I've received thus far. Very poor customer service. Will not be back.

Jason, Looking at your repair order you came in for inspection on 2010 GMC Sierra however your vehicle was failed for the following reasons as per inspection report. If your disappointment other than the state inspection you can contact us. "CUSTOMER REQUESTS VIRGINIA STATE INSPECTION VEHICLE FAILS STATE INSPECTION FOR THE FOLLOWING: 1.CENTER MOUNTED BRAKE LIGHT LENS IS BROKEN. 2.PASSENGER FOG LIGHT IS OUT. 3.DRIVERS FOG LIGHT IS LED (UNAUTHORIZED EQUIPMENT) 4.DRIVERS FRONT SIDE MARKER LIGHT OUT. 5.BOTH LOWER BALL JOINTS HAVE EXCESSIVE PLAY. 6. BOTH STEERING RACK BOOTS ARE TORN."

Brought my car in to replace 4 tires and a oil and filter change.The price was half the amount of some other garages. Prompt service,and friendly. I found my new garage . I will bring both of my cars here.

Melissa and the team at NAPA are awesome. They are extremely responsive and every service is done professionally and quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Went for my state inspection sticker. Friendly, service quick enough. Was told I needed a ‘headlight service’ for an extra $120 because the plastic lenses were cloudy. The problem is that after 3 days, the headlights are clouding over again. When I pay $120 for a service expect it to last more than a couple days. Super disappointed. Feel like I was taken advantage of. Big scam alert from this cowboy!

Mr. Sean, Please call the shop 7573914078 and ask for Melissa. We can not see you here in our system. We never heard or see the restored headlights became cloudy in 3 days. You paid for Napa Genuine headlight restoration kit and we used the same. Accept our apologies and bring the vehicle back so we can resolve the issue. Thank you. MGT Napa BP
