Virginia Beach and Norfolk Auto Repair

Failed me on an inspection for multiple items including a "loose steering wheel" bolt. While some items had legitimacy (foggy headlights) my steering wheel had no play to it. The tech cited nearly $1600 in repairs, then called me later and said he could drop it to $1200. Went to another business after replacing the foggy headlights, and they passed me without issue.

A huge shout out to Napa car care On lynnhaven. ADREAN kept me updated and had my Jeep in and out. He kept in contact with me about what was going on with warranty and just making sure I was in the loop and that I understood everything that was going on. In my opinion, I do believe they are affordable, and when there was an issue with the part that they ordered, they tested it and figured out it didn’t work for my jeep so they did their due diligence to order another part to make sure everything runs smoothly and it has been running smoothly. For a female, I felt safe and I felt that he was being honest and upfront, and the paperwork reflects that. I will bring My Jeep Here without a worry. Everyone there was very polite spoke to me when I came in and when I left A+ on everything. Thank you, NAPA car care on Lynnhaven!

Overall experience was great. I was impressed with the safety details Adrean provided. Those details helped me make a better decision regarding fixing my car. Although I still hear that quiet thump, I will take a closer look at the trunk of the car as it could be something I am carrying in the trunk or possibly my spare tire.
